I can confirm the mentioned strings are localized and translated in 5.5.0.10. Only the login button was not localized and I submitted a patch for it. Because this BZ fixes what was mentioned in the description. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
