Description of problem:
[ja_JP] Unlocalized Logout menu.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login CFME with ja locale.
2. Click logged in user/logout menu on the top right corner.

Actual results:
Unlocalized Logout menu.

Expected results:
It should be localized.

Checked in 5.5.0.1, the logout menu is still in English.

Checked in 5.5.0.10, text is translated and the localization code is present.
