Description of problem:
the 1.3.0 upgrade doc: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/jowilkin/red-hat-ceph-storage-installation-guide-rhel/blob/master/red-hat-ceph-storage-upgrade.adoc doesn't have instructions to upgrade calamari node. It has instructions only to upgrade osd and mon nodes. 

Will calamari node be upgraded as part of the previous step: "Upgrading Your Cluster from v1.2.2 to v1.2.3"? please clarify.

Added section for upgrading Calamari from 1.2.3 to 1.3.

Hi John,

As per the fix the instructions to upgrade admin/calamari node is in "Installation document". Ideally an installation document will be used to bring up a fresh system. So, it may not be a right place to document the calamari/admin node upgrade instructions. Also, If a user wants to upgrade the Ceph system, he/she will refer to only Upgrade doc and not the installation doc. So, IMO, the instructions should be in the upgrade doc. 

Currently the upgrade doc contains instructions to upgrade from ISO. Please include instructions to upgrade from CDN too.
