Not really; works fairly well.

One small problem is in the rtnetlink code, where the daemon checks for uid of the originating message, where it should be checking the messages come from kernel (an unprivileged user can now manage his network namespace).

* was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
