Mock requires pyliblzma [1] which is python2 only library even though it (mock) runs on python3 [2]. No requires for lzma library should be necessary as lzma is part of python3 stdlib [3].

Fixed in commit:
* 85e7110 do not require pyliblzma if using python3 [RHBZ#1227209]
