Description of problem:
currently Spacewalk is using an old version of cobbler because of an old incompatibility. now the incompatibility has been corrected and spacewalk can use the newer version of cobbler. the newer version has many features that are useful including Debian and Ubuntu kickstart support.
Also Ive seen issues with koan using certain options not working correctly with the older version of cobbler.

To be clear I don't think we should remove the version specific packages because they resolve an issue we ran into multiple times where a version update in EPEL to cobbler broke compatibility. I think we should update the package in the spacewalk repos to match the current version in EPEL.

Spacewalk project as an upstream for Red Hat Satellite 5 product is going to be End Of Life on May 31 2020.

Spacewalk 2.10 has been released as the last release of this project.

Any new feature will not be included therefore closing remaining RFEs to set expectations properly.
