Description of problem:

There is no KiCAD in epel branch.


Additional info:

The upstream reports that wxGTK3 is broken in many ways and we should use wxWidgets 3 built against GTK 2 (compat-wxGTK3-gtk3). Is that used for our KiCAD builds?

No, you got that wrong. wxGTK3 can use wither GTK2 or GTK3. It's the wxGTK3 + GTK3 + KiCAD combo that's broken. But that's just nitpicking.

Yes, that's what we do until upstream fixes the canvas code.

Triggered an EPEL build. I'll submit a kicad + freerouting + compat-wxGTK3-gtk2 update once built. Given there's no recent stable release, testing would be very appreciated!

This exists in pkgdb, and the pkgdb->git job is asynchronous now, is the git branch there now?
