Description of problem:
A join request hits the team coordinator inbox, however if the coordinator somehow missed it then the request is never approved.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Zanata 3.6.2 (git-server-3.6.2) 

It would be nice to have the user list appeared who are currently waiting for approval per language. It can warn the coordinator constantly. All requests will become valuable resource for the project and for community growth. We can't just miss out. Transifex has this feature.

Noriko, 

I think part of this issue can be solved by having a proper notification system within Zanata for multiple level of user management, eg. language coordinator, zanata admin, project maintainer and translators.
