Comment 13 Christian Kirbach 2015-08-12 14:24:00 UTC
I dragged and dropped a file from Evolution to Nautilus.

This type of issue existed before but used to be fixed.

In the stack trace, the first 11 frames of Thread 1 nicely match those of Bug 1178914

Comment 14 Gwendal 2015-09-21 06:56:30 UTC
I confirm that it happens when doing a drag and drop from Evolution to Nautilus.

Comment 15 info@kobaltwit.be 2016-01-11 18:22:00 UTC
Another user experienced a similar problem:

- Opened a Dolphin and a Nautilus window next to each other
- In the nautilus window I created a couple of new directories (using right-click menu item "New Folder")
- Then I wanted to move a file from the Dolphin window to the Nautilus window

Nautilus crashed while dragging the file over the Nautilus window (before dropping it).
