Description of problem: sagemath doesn't depend on python-sphinx.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): sagemath-6.5-2.fc22.x86_64


How reproducible:
Always.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch sage
2. Type a function or variable name followed by a question mark, e.g. 'help?'

Actual results:
An exception stacktrace is shown 'no module named sphinx'.

Expected results:
Help/Information about the function.
