mock use to have return values depending on which area the build failed in. This in turn is used by koji to return the type of build failure.

In recent releases of mock this has changed or been broken so all build failures return as 1 which is broken in the build section. 

For example if the build is broken in the yum section due to broken or missing deps the return value use to be 30 but in recent versions of mock the return code is wrong so is recorded incorrectly by koji.

An example of a builder still running an older version of mock returns 30:

"BuildError: error building package (arch aarch64), mock exited with status 30; see root.log for more information"

Fixed in commit:
* 9bcfec4 regression: raise YumError if there is error in Yum/Dnf [RHBZ#1229498]

I only find that the return code 30 was incorrectly returned as 1. I fixed that. Other codes should be fine.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle.
Changing version to '23'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 23 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 23 End Of Life. Thank you.)
