Description of problem:
Currently Unbound does not provide an option to set the maximum negative cache TTL. This needs to be implemented first, so we can set a low negative cache TTL in Fedora, to prevent user experience issue in the early stages.

This is Fedora bug for tracking purposes, due to the Fedora 23 "default DNS resolver" change.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing unbound-1.5.3-8.fc22'
as soon as you are able to.
