Currently they only have --prettyxml and --dryrun. A while ago we added the properly spelt options to workflow commands (--pretty-xml and --dry-run) so we should make the other commands match.

upon closer inspection by Matt, the patch for this bug should also include a --pretty-xml option for job-submit

We also need to have --pretty-xml in bkr job-submit. I donnot think bkr job-watch needs to have --dry-run and --pretty-xml options.

Correct this, --pretty-xml should not be in bkr job-submit, flip this bug back to ON_QA.
