Description of problem:
When creating a volume with 3 way replication, tech preview warning is shown.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a distributed replicate volume with replica 3 and 6 bricks
2. Tech preview warning is thrown



Expected results:
Techpreview warning should not be thrown.

Moving back to MODIFIED as the build is not ready but errata has moved the bugs to ON_QA.

Verified and works fine with build rhsc-3.1.0-0.60.el6.noarch.

No tech preview warning is showed while creating replica 3 volume. Able to create a volume of replica 3 successfully.
