Almost every time I try to tether to my Moto X running Cyanogenmod 12.1 nightly, it fails.  (It worked once.)  The failure looks like:

I think this is a BlueZ 5.30 regression, so I'm reassigning this.

FWIW, there are some other error messages in the logs I posted that might indicate NetworkManager or udev bugs.

This should be fixed in the future 1.0.x updates to F22 and F23.
