Redundant string 'Miq' in some of the right panel name in Control or Automate
This is a string generated from model name via ui_lookup() mechanism, the solution to this problem is in fact to get rid of ui_lookup() and replace it with gettext mechanism of some sort. GH issue: https://github.com/ManageIQ/manageiq/issues/1002 Using chrome I changed the language to Japanese per the instructions above, and navigating to the panels listed I didn't see the extra MIQ characters anywhere. Some of the new UI redesign probably also changed a few of the headings as 5.6.0.4 is a bit different from the attached screen shots. I'm moving it to Verified as it appears to be correct. Please reopen if you see any additional required changes. Using 5.6.0.4 on https://10.16.6.70/miq_policy/explorer Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. For information on the advisory, and where to find the updated files, follow the link below. If the solution does not work for you, open a new bug report. https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2016:1348 |
