Description of problem:
Files are not synced to brick from newly added node added to a geo-rep participating volume

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a geo-rep session b/w 2 volumes
2.add a new node to any of the 2 volumes
3.add a brick from the new node.

Actual results:
Files are not synced to new brick from new node

Expected results:
Files should be synced

This is being taken as a blocker and it will be addressed in our next build.

rhsc-3.1.0-0.62.el6.noarch
