Description of problem:

docker-io-devel-1.6.2-1.el6 can't be installed from epel6 testing because it has requirement for /sbin/runscripts which is not available.

This dependency is from:

/usr/share/gocode/src/github.com/docker/docker/contrib/init/openrc/docker.initd

This file is executable so dependencies are generated for it.

* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing docker-io-1.6.2-3.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
