1. build redhat-config-packages-1.2.9.2-1.src.rpm without XML::Parser


Actual Results:  ...

...

Expected Results:  successful build

No, intltool should require it (and r-c-p requires intltool and thus
will get it transitively)

intltool does require perl-XML-parser
