Description of problem:
[ja_JP] Unlocalized column title name and string 'Items xx of xx' in tasks search result of Configure->Tasaks.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login with ja locale.
2. Click Configure -> Tasks.
3. Click All Other Tasks and click Apply.

Actual results:
[ja_JP] Unlocalized column title name and string 'Items xx of xx' in tasks search result of Configure->Tasaks. 

Expected results:
The column title name and string 'Items xx of xx' should be localized.

Fixed in 5.6, moving to ON_QA for verification.

Verified on 5.6.0.7-beta2. Translations are available now.
