Description of problem:
After upgrading to kf5-plasma-5.11.0-1, trashcan widget stops working.
You cannot drag it to the desktop or panel.
Message received:
Error loading Applet: package inexistent

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kf5-plasma-5.11.0-1

How reproducible:
after upgrade try to drag and drop widget.  It appears in the selection tray,
but cannot be used.

Actual results:
Error loading Applet: package inexistent

Expected results:
Normal operation


Additional info:
This may also be affecting other widgets, I haven't tested them all.
dnf rollback to previous version resolves issue.

I can confirm plasma-desktop-5.3.1-5.fc22 resolves issue.
