Applicable errata from Library Synced content is not listed in Content host -> Errata page

Sat 6.1 GA Snap 8

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sync few products, register few content hosts
2. Make sure that the content view filters out few errata and those filtered errata are available only in Library.
3. Navigate to Content -> errata page and try to filter the following:
Show from : Library Synced Content

Actual results:
Not all applicable errata from Library Synced Content is shown

Expected results:
All applicable errata from Library Synced Content should be shown
