Description of problem: Following translation issues have been observed on cloud intelligence->reports->import/export page. Please refer attached screenshots and TCMS link https://tcms.engineering.redhat.com/run/247967/#caserun_9999113 for more information.

1. Click Widgets:
The "Export" button appears in English, while it appears in Japanese in the "Custom Reports" page.
(See the screenshot "Export".)

2. Click Widgets from the left list:
A warning message after clicking "Upload" without selecting a file appears in English.
"Use the browse button to locate an import file."

Fixed in 5.6, moving to ON_QA for verification.

Screen shot reference for the reported issue.

Reported issue partially fixed in the cfme 5.6.0.10 version. Export button in Cloud Intel->Reports->Import/Export->Widgets is still in English.

Reported issue "Export button in Cloud Intel->Reports->Import/Export->Widgets is in English." still present in cfme 5.6.0.10 version and hence moving the bug to Assigned as of now.
