My Thinkpad X230 has 3 HDMI ports labeled HDMI1, HDMI2 and HDMI3. In Gnome control panel and pavucontrol, I can select any one of them, but the KDE System Settings only display HDMI1 and HDMI3. HDMI2 is mysteriously missing.

I fixed the problem and got the patch upstreamed here:

The fix is a single line and should apply cleanly to plasma-shell 5.3.1.

* was pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing plasma-desktop-5.3.1-6.fc22'
as soon as you are able to.
