Both "Requests Task"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://cfme_appliance/api/
2. Search for tasks
3.

Actual results:

Both /api/request_task and /api/tasks have the same description.

Expected results:

Different descriptions

Additional info:

Once this is done, REST API doc should be updated and a brief discussion of the differences between the 2 collections.

    Correct tasks description.
    
    Both 'tasks' and 'request tasks' had the same description of 'Request
    Tasks'. This change gives tasks a distinct description of simply
    'Tasks'.
