Description of problem:

The "Attach ceph pools" section in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/jowilkin/red-hat-ceph-storage-installation-guide-rhel/blob/v1.3/calamari.adoc needs to have instructions to attach both the pools  "Red Hat Ceph Storage for Management Nodes" and "Red Hat Ceph Storage" on the calamari node for ISO based installations. Currently the instruction provided is for CDN based installation.

Not doing so, will result in error when following command is executed:

[cephuser@Admin ~]$ sudo subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-7-server-rpms --enable=rhel-7-server-rhceph-1.3-calamari-rpms --enable=rhel-7-server-rhceph-1.3-installer-rpms --enable=rhel-7-server-rhceph-1.3-mon-rpms --enable=rhel-7-server-rhceph-1.3-osd-rpms

Error: rhel-7-server-rhceph-1.3-osd-rpms is not a valid repository ID. Use --list option to see valid repositories.
