The replication_factor (RF) should be exposed in the storage node admin UI as a read-only property in the cluster settings section. We need to show the RF for both the rhq and system_auth keyspaces. It might be good to make it accessible in the remote API as well so users can also get at the information from the CLI or other command line clients. Created attachment 1097251 [details]

Here is a screenshot of the new, read-only replication settings that have been added to the Cluster Settings tab in the storage node admin UI.
Cluster settings, including replication_factor for rhq and system_auth keyspaces can be queried from the remote API / CLI with,
StorageClusterSettings getClusterSettings(Subject subject)
Changes have been pushed to the release/jon3.3.x branch.
