Ratnadeep, there's only one problem that I see.  The COPYING and COPYING.LESSER files need to be moved to a %license line instead of the %doc line.. but that is quite minor and can be changed after import.  Besides that, this is a pretty straightforward python library.

Package is APPROVED.
