Description of problem:
Clone of upstream bug. 
`ceilometer event-list` call doesn't return the whole list of events when elasticsearch is used as a storage backend

Actual results:
Just 10 first results are displayed despite the limitation options(e.g: start_timestamp>yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss)

Does not seem like we ever shipped or supported this so I'll just close that, and that's probably fixed in Panko now.
