Description of problem:

This and similar queries fail: 

http://<server>/business-central/rest/query/runtime/task?potentialOwner=USER

This is due to a problem in the query backend. 

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do the above or a similar query that uses the "potentialOwner" parameter

Actual results:

An exception is thrown (see attached). 

Expected results:

A result is returned.
