Just to set the expectations straight - this won't happen in 3.6.0's timeline. When we start planning 4.0, this can be discussed.

several thoughts:
1. upload directly to data domain is supported today via v2v. any reason not covering this need?

2. for direct upload - isn't duplicate with "upload vm" rfe?

3. for parallel imports to multiple engines - can be uploaded to a single glance, then imported directly to multiple DCs?

Don't understand the question.

Seems to be.

Sounds good.
