Description of problem:
when creating box from iso (via downloader) for the first time it yields an error.
[test@dell-pe2950-01 ~]$ gnome-boxes 

(gnome-boxes:22973): Boxes-WARNING **: wizard.vala:449: Failed to build storage pool: failed to create directory '/home/test/.local/share/gnome-boxes/images': File exists

and box creation fails. The second attempt with the same (and already downloaded) iso is successful.

1.create new user and log in
2.start Boxes
3.create new box from URL: http://ftp.vim.org/os/Linux/distr/tinycorelinux/6.x/x86/release/Core-6.3.iso

error is "Box setup failed"

the missing directory is ~/.config/libvirt

I think this is very likely a dup of bug#1238719 but not marking it as such cause until that bug is verified, I can't be 100% sure of this. :)

verified with gnome-boxes-3.14.3.1-5

~/.config/libvirt/qemu
~/.config/libvirt/storage
~/.local/share/gnome-boxes/images
dirs exits, gnome-boxes are running
