ALT-TAB is window manager level functionality which the X server
is not involved with. If ALT-TAB does not perform the desired
operation, it is most likely either a misconfiguration of the window
manager or a bug in the window manager.

Reassigning to "metacity", which is our default window manager,
however if you are using a different OS supplied window manager,
please reassign the bug to the proper component.
