This is cloned so that we can build/deliver the core components related.  The core components affected are:

python-ironicclient
python-tuskarclient
openstack-puppet-modules

can we get an update on what all is needed to address this bug? There are a lot of moving pieces to this bug fix and I want to make sure we know what has to go together to make all of this work together.

Was able to deploy an overcloud on top of undercloud with enabled SSL.
