Make sure, after the new packages are installed, that the evolution background processes are restarted, thus they use the new version of libmapi, otherwise the MAPI accounts won't work or be shown. It's enough to invoke: $ evolution --force-shutdown from a terminal after the installation. *** Bug 1244590 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** New samba update, new rebuild. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
