Description of problem:
Man page 'crontab' does not describe semantics of parameter 'file' for command 'crontab'.

How reproducible:
100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. $ man crontab

Actual results:
SYNOPSIS
       crontab [-u user] file
[...]

The text does not describe semantics of the first line of SYNOPSIS, i.e. what is the purpose of 'file' parameter.
