Description of problem:
Plasma panel becomes frozen. Nothing can be clicked. The clock stops

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
plasma-desktop-5.3.1-6.fc22.x86_64

How reproducible:
So far it has happened once to three of my users, last night.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unlock screen in morning
2. 
3. 

Actual results:
Observe panel clock has stopped.
Unable to do anything with panel

Expected results:
Clock displays correct time.
Normal panel operations are possible.

Most common cause is dri/xcb deadlocks, see also bug #1193742
