Description of problem:
new libtiff breaks gqview

libtiff-3.6.1-2.i386.rpm (also libtiff-3.6.1-1.i386.rpm)
gqview-1.4.1-2

100%

Steps to Reproduce:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

Additional info:
Problem goes away if you revert to libtiff-3.5.7-16.1.i386.rpm

This bug will be fixed in the next stable release of GTK+
