I want to file a bug against the info RPM package of RH
5.2, except there doesn't appear to be any mention of it
in the 'component' list on the RedHat Linux bugzilla bug
entry page.

the components names are derived from the SRPM names, thus a bug
against info would be entered as a bug against it's source package,
texinfo.  you can use rpm -qi <package> to determine the name of the
source pacage to use if you are in doubt.
