The following articles must be combined into a single book written in AsciiDoc that outlines how to migrate live instances and migrate static instances -

* Migrate a Live (running) Instance
* Migrate a Static Instance

This bug also involves the work required to create the abstract, set the author group, and provide a simple preface of one or two lines.
