Description of problem:
lua support is missing in vim for Fedora 22

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in vim -> :echo has("lua")

Actual results:
0

Expected results:
1

Additional info:

After an older bugrequest it was re-enabled for Fedora 19 and 20 (not sure about 21)
It would be great if vim could be build again with lua support.
