Fixes #14872: ensure content counts are displayed after publish.
Fix the logic of the updateVersion() function to properly add new version
to the top of the table.

Publishing content view now displays the package and errata counts immediately without having to navigate away from the page and navigate back. VERIFIED with sat62-snap12.1 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA. Create a content view and publish it Actual results: The publish completed with a success message. Notice that the Content column is showing empty (see screenshot) after the publish is completed Expected results: The Content column should show the package and errata counts Additional info: Once you go to another page and come back, the content column is populated fine. So this just looks like a page/content refresh issue.
