Description of problem:
DNS subsystem of the IdM for RHEL 7.2 requires bind-pkcs11

Please add bind-pkcs11 dependency to allow smooth upgrade.

byndyn-db-ldap is a package which can be used separately, dependency was added to ipa-* packages which are the ones that need it. Therefore changing component.
