Description of problem: libdap's tests fail on ppc64 and s390[x] because of endianness issues.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.14.0


How reproducible: run the project's tests.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. compile source code
2. run make check
3.

Actual results: DMRTest fails.


Expected results: All tests pass.
