Good idea. What would be the best name for the new subpackage? This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle. Changing version to '23'. (As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 23 development cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 23 End Of Life. Thank you.) More information and reason for this action is here: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/BugZappers/HouseKeeping/Fedora23 The problem is that we are having targetd - because targetd would have been a good name :) Candidates IMHO: - targetcli-daemon - targetcli-restore - target-daemon - lio-targetd Whatevername, it should somehow match that targetcli can be used to configure it. Are you favoring any of these names? Sorry for the delay. I'm not in favor of 'targetcli' in the name because strictly speaking targetcli is not needed -- another configuration tool could be used (or targetcli, but then uninstalled) I'm not in favor of 'daemon' because there is no daemon :) It's just a program that shoves values into the kernel and then exits. How about 'target-restore'? or 'target-service'? 'target-restore' sounds somewhat meaningful to me. python-rtslib-2.1.fb57-2.fc22 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 22. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/python-rtslib-2.1.fb57-2.fc22 python-rtslib-2.1.fb57-2.fc23 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 23. https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/python-rtslib-2.1.fb57-2.fc23 python-rtslib-2.1.fb57-2.fc22 has been pushed to the Fedora 22 testing repository.
