Description of problem:
system-config-printer pulls in Cinnamon package on my Mate desktop. It seems to work fine under Mate though, not sure why this dependency.

the same problem as in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1242496 : instead of pulling in mate-notification-daemon it tries to install cinnamon.
