Description of problem:
After setting a Group to "Archived", viewing the Groups list and selecting the 'archived' checkbox (as admin) does not show the archived Group

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Easy always

Precondition: an archived group exists on the server
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in as admin, go to Groups
2. Click 'Archived' checkbox

Actual results:

Expected results:
The archived group/s should be visible

This appears to affect pre-existing groups only, i.e. creating a group now and setting it to archived seems to work
