Description of problem:
Some subpackages of lapack do not depend on exact version of each other. It is possible to update one subpackage, but not the other.
Missing dependencies:
blas64-devel - blas64
lapack - blas
lapack64-devel - lapack64 
lapack64 - blas

All subpackages come from one source rpm, they are always rebuilt and updated together. Explicit dependencies would save possible confusion. It would be even more helpful while debugging - to make sure the tested build is installed completely.
