Reproduce steps:
1. Lock screen
2. Unlock screen 
3. increase/decrease volume -> xfce4-notifyd crashed. 

I am using pulseaudio plugin.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
