Description of problem:
If more than two member nodes are defined, the GULM STONITH fence
method is grayed out.  This is a side-effect of graying out the Serial
fence method for more than two nodes.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define three member nodes
2. Click Add Child for a node
3. Notice only radio button available is Network
  
Actual results:
Can't select GULM STONITH

Expected results:
Can select GULM STONITH

Fixed with 1.0.2-1.92 build.
